
All payments for PracticeCRM or for services provided via PracticeCRM are in USD and are non-refundable. You can cancel your monthly contract at any time, but all previous payments are non-refundable and will not be pro-rated. All annual payments are also non-refundable and will not be pro-rated.
If you decide to cancel your PracticeCRM membership, you will lose access to any and all data inside the app.PracticeCRM.io ecosystem, which includes, but is not limited to; PracticeCRM Funnels designs, PracticeCRM Support Calls. You will be removed from the PracticeCRM Facebook Group.
Refunds will not be granted outside these windows from the date of initial purchase, for any reason.
If you wish to cancel your PracticeCRM subscription (including subscriptions for services) at any time, you must submit a cancellation request to us via our support email address support@practicecrm.io.
Invoices for PracticeCRM can be requested at any time by emailing support@practicecrm.io.
A PracticeCRM user is responsible for paying all sums due to PracticeCRM in connection with their monthly or yearly subscription in accordance with these Terms. Every calendar month or year, your account will be charged up to the subscription fee plus applicable tax for the following month’s subscription, together with any other fees for the following month’s subscription plus any accumulated charges for the past period (collectively, “Fees”). Failure by the PracticeCRM user to use any of the services available through the service provided by PracticeCRM does not relieve the PracticeCRM user of their payment obligations under these Terms.
Potential users can pay by credit card or debit card. Payment details shall be collected by us through our secure financial data collection mechanism. You acknowledge and agree that we hold data relating to the transaction, including the last four digits and the expiration date of the card used to purchase the products or services together with details on when payment is due. You further acknowledge and agree that payments are due on a recurring basis in accordance with the payment terms for the specific service purchased (unless the subscription is cancelled in accordance with these Terms) and therefore authorize the automatic payment collection terms applicable to that specific service (e.g., on a monthly or yearly basis and for a specific amount).
We offer a 14-day free trial to new users who register with the Site. The account will be charged according to the user’s chosen subscription at the end of the free trial.
If you are delinquent on your payments, please be advised we will delete the account and any subsequent funnels associated with the account after 7 days of delinquency.
With your membership to app.PracticeCRM.io, you’ll receive access to our exclusive PracticeCRM-only Digital Assets, Training Materials, CRM Pipelines, and Funnel-related Data tracking tools. This access specifically includes, but is not limited to; PracticeCRM funnel designs, PracticeCRM Emails, PracticeCRM Automations, and the PracticeCRM Support Calls at no extra cost. We retain the Trademark and Copyrights on PracticeCRM Funnel Designs. All of these materials are only permitted for use within PracticeCRM, exclusively for current PracticeCRM members only.
This means that everything inside the PracticeCRM Ecosystem (app.PracticeCRM.io) is non-transferable to any other PracticeCRM ecosystem, or any other outside ecosystem or funnel builder. The use of PracticeCRM training materials outside of PracticeCRM membership or sharing of any kind without our consent is strictly prohibited. In addition, the PracticeCRM Support calls are for current PracticeCRM only.
